About Conference
The theme for this year’s conference is: “Leaving No One Behind in Learning and Development -The Practicalities”.
The Conference will explore how L&D professionals and organizations can invest in learning and development while ensuring that no individual is left behind in organizations.
Main Topics:
- Identify strategies to make technology accessible to the wider population that is being left behind.
- Discuss the benefits of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in L&D.
- Discuss the benefits of Microlearning.
- Identify challenges that hinder learning and development in an organization.
