Harriet Njeru is a Certified Corporate Trainer , Certified Mentor and an advocate of motivation and personal development. She is also has been a mentor with the Global Give Back Program, Transform Nations and has also led many high schools in competing in experiential programs as a partner with Junior Achievement Kenya.

In 2018, she started a company called Inspiring The Crowds. This was a calling to her main purpose in life to assist teens and youth gain self-development and gain self-empowerment through challenges/situations in life and in business. This company, unlike any other, offers to put the interests of anybody to grow positively.

Harriet has a history of high performance and creativity to support business functional and skill development training programs with years of experience. She has reaped awards to her title that demonstrated excellence in her work and promoting diversity and inclusion, the latest award being from Vodafone Women In Red Award.

Harriet is currently working as a Training Specialist in an AI Firm in Kenya.
