Remigious is an agile human resource professional with over eight (8) years of experience in the management and administration of human resources at various progressive levels. During this time, he has gained extensive experience in organizational development interventions, including learning and development, change management, employee engagement, talent management strategies, coaching and mentorship, leadership development, and strategy formulation. He is also well-versed in general human resource management, particularly in recruitment, policy formulation and implementation, performance enhancement, and staff retention, among other areas.
He currently serves in the capacity of Engagement Specialist at the National Social Security Fund (NSSF – Uganda). In this role, he is responsible for delivering the Fund’s employee engagement and organizational development strategy. He is a Certified Learning and Development Manager, and Certified HR Metrics and Analyst from the Global Academy of Finance and Management. Also a holder of BSc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, PGD in Organizational Development and currently finalizing his MBA (Strategy & Human Resource Management) at the Liverpool John Moores University.
He is deeply passionate about using data-driven insights to shape learning and development initiatives and curating career growth pathways that empower staff to take ownership and proactively advance their careers. He is a Professional Member of the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda.

Harriet Njeru is a Certified Corporate Trainer , Certified Mentor and an advocate of motivation and personal development. She is also has been a mentor with the Global Give Back Program, Transform Nations and has also led many high schools in competing in experiential programs as a patner with Junior Achievement Kenya.
In 2018, she started a company called **Inspiring The Crowds** . This was a calling to her main purpose in life to assist teens and youth gain self-development and gain self-empowerment through challenges/situations in life and in business. This company, unlike any other, offers to put the interests of anybody to grow positively.
Harriet has a history of high performance and creativity to support business functional and skill development training programs with years of experience. She has reaped awards to her title that demonstrated excellence in her work and promoting diversity and inclusion, the latest award being from Vodafone Women In Red Award.
Harriet is currently working as a Training Specialist in an AI Firm in Kenya.
