Nneka Okekearu is the Advisory Board Chair for L&D Africa Conference 2023. She heads Gender and is Deputy Director at the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan Atlantic University. A certified IFC TPMA Assessor, Leadership trainer from the Centre for Creative Leadership US, and Global Mentor with the Michigan State University. She has mentored over 1000 entrepreneurs in the last decade and a half helping them clarify their: Positions, Profits, and Processes.
