As an HR strategist with up to 5 years of Human Resource general practice, he has had experience within several industries to include Hospitality, Oil and Gas, Banking, Insurance and Fashion. Precious has chartered as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) in 2020 with the Human Resource Certification Institute, USA and possesses a bachelor’s degree from the Central University in Human Resource Management .  He is an alumnus of the prestigious China Europe International Business School(CEIBS Africa) and Tullow Oil Emerging HR leaders’ program.He is currently the HR Advisory services Manager at Worldrecruit Services Ltd, an innovative HR consulting firm changing the face of HR and Management consulting in Ghana.
