Jackline Nderitu Committee Member Jackline Nderitu is a seasoned Learning & Development professional with 14 years’ experience supporting organizations develop their talent. Her work experience draws from multinationals in the banking and shipping sectors.She is the lead consultant at Alpha Training & Communication Solutions.As a coach and training consultant she has helped many organizations achieve positive outcomes through design and delivery of training programs, workshops and one on one interactions.As a coach/trainer Jackie is adept at supporting and challenging participants to address the ‘unspoken and often unconscious’ dynamics that provide access to a breakthrough to exceptional performance at both individual and team levels.Jackie is passionate about supporting SMEs attain their goals. Remigious Kaggwa – Committee Member

Remigious Kaggwa Committee Member Remigious is an agile human resource professional with over eight (8) years of experience in the management and administration of human resources at various progressive levels. During this time, he has gained extensive experience in organizational development interventions, including learning and development, change management, employee engagement, talent management strategies, coaching and mentorship, leadership development, and strategy formulation. He is also well-versed in general human resource management, particularly in recruitment, policy formulation and implementation, performance enhancement, and staff retention, among other areas. He currently serves in the capacity of Engagement Specialist at the National Social Security Fund (NSSF – Uganda). In this role, he is responsible for delivering the Fund’s employee engagement and organizational development strategy.
