Trina Ofosu-Adarkwa joined L&D Africa in February 2022 as the Operations Executive. She oversees the day-to-day running of the organization. Her duties include performing program duties, writing concept notes, preparing budgets, and report writing. She also handles the organization’s correspondence, coordinating meetings, conferences, workshops, training sessions, and webinars. She also assists Rainbow Consult with the facilitation of Capacity building training sessions and prepares post-training reports.
Trina holds a Master of Business Administration from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics where she specialized in Management.
