Nana Bema Kodwiw (Mrs.) is a thought leader in Strategy Implementation, Talent Development and Human Resource Management. She has developed and facilitated several capacity-building programmes for organizations, farmer-groups and rural community members. She is an expert in evaluating ROI on training and development interventions. Nana Bema was part of the team that implemented the Balanced Scorecard Performance Management System of GCB Bank PLC and is currently a Strategy Implementation Lead. She holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations, M.A, Human Resource Development and BSc. Agriculture certificates. She is also a Certified Trainer, Corporate Coach, Instructional Designer, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Certified Strategic Human Resources Professional (SHRP^TM). Nana Bema is a member of the Learning & Performance Institute and a SHRM Subject Matter Expert. She is passionate about Organizational Development and Diversity & Inclusion.
