Dr. Jeff Bassey has 14 years of Management Consultancy and a Corporate Trainer with key expertise in Strategy, Leadership and Human Resource Development.
Jeff has consulted and/or trained for 138 organizations, including Bank of Ghana, MTN, Coca-Cola, Olam, FBN Bank, Kempinski Hotel, Volta River Authority, Bank of Africa, Newmont Gold Ghana, KPMG, GTP, Absa Bank Ghana, Aviation Handling Services (Menzies), Ministry of Defence, Tullow Oil Plc., Kasapreko, Tropical Cable and Conductor Ltd., National Road Safety Authority, West Africa Civil Society Institute, and the Nigerian Ports Authority.
As a specialist in Management Consulting, Training and Leadership Development, Jeff has served as a valuable resource to several organizations in the public and private sectors. He advised on key issues regarding labour, managerial staff development and aligning people & strategy.
He runs Jeff Bassey & Associates, an HR and Management Consulting firm that has undertaken consultancy assignments for Kempinski, Newmont, Bank of Ghana, Absa,
Kasapreko, Tullow, etc. mostly on Strategy, Change Management, Performance Coaching and the Balanced Scorecard Performance Management Implementation. He is a trained Non-Executive Director and provides a strategic support for the Board of Newmont.
Jeff is a Member of the University of Ghana’s Appointment Advisory Committee, and the Country Director for the Global Professional Certification in Human Resources. Jeff holds BSc. Administration (Accounting), MBA (HR Management), and Doctor of Business Administration (Leadership and Strategy).
