Beatrice Kiruri is a HR Professional who believes in creating a high performing and engaged workforce across the organization. She has a proven track record in training leaders in matters Sales, Customer Service, Employee Engagement, Leadership and Performance Management. With a combined background in both Customer management and Human Resources, she thrives on understanding and enhancing the human experience within organizations.
Beatrice works in the construction materials manufacturing sector as a HR Leader. Her approach goes beyond the traditional HR playbook but also looks into bridging the gap between Employee and Customer needs Verses Company Strategy for a High Performing Organization. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where businesses can thrive. She brings to each engagement more than ten years of experience training individuals and leaders working across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Middle East.
She holds an MBA from Bologna University and a Masters in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School. Through years she performed cross-functional career transitions from Head of Customer Service and Sales to Head of HR to Business Trainer and Coach.
She is a certified International Finance Corporation (IFC) Online and In-person Trainer. She is also a certified facilitator of #IAmRemarkable Workshop – a Google initiative empowering women and underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond.
