Anne is a sustainability and gender expert with a career spanning over 15 years in the private sector. She has extensive experience in sustainability and public affairs management including oil, gas and financial service sectors. In her current role, Anne leads the integration of gender into IFC’s projects in Africa with a specific focus on reducing gaps in women’s employment and access to assets. She is currently leading regional projects that enable women’s participation in the energy and financial services as employees, consumers and entrepreneurs.
