Aïssatou Diallo is Manager of the Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGESS) firm. Based in Guinea, IGESS provides consulting, training and coaching services in human resources management, general operations management, marketing management and personal productivity skills. Aïssatou has over 25 years of professional experience in the private sector and has led numerous capacity building programs for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Guinea. Before founding IGESS, she held supervisory positions in subsidiaries of multinational companies.
